Downsampling does not work with Adobe InDesign CS2

Currently it is not advisable to use the ImageServer downsampling feature (available in “OPI Setup” of a printer queue) with jobs printed by InDesign CS2.
ImageServer needs the optional OPI comment “%ALDImageResolution” to calculate the correct image resolution for downsampling. This comment is not written by InDesign CS2. 
The next ImageServer version implements a new calculation method independent from the “%ALDImageResolution” OPI comment so that downsampling will work again with jobs printed by InDesign CS2.
