Proactive Notification

Continuous monitoring of servers and services enables early detection of potential problems, whether overload conditions, failing services, or critical system messages. Administrators receive immediate alerts via iPhone push notification and e-mail, allowing issues to be resolved before they escalate into serious incidents.

Server Workload Monitoring

allows viewing server utilization in graphical charts on the iPhone, comparable to stock-market graphs, with views of now, today, this week, etc. Key metrics such as CPU, network, and memory utilization help identify bottlenecks or simply confirm that systems are performing normally.

Service Monitoring

All major server protocols – local and remote – are monitored. Examples include checking whether a printer is online or a database is available. The entire IT infrastructure can be supervised so that service failures are reported immediately. System messages, all messages or alarm-only,  can be browsed and searched directly on the iPhone.

iPhone Client
