HELIOS continuously develops its products, which includes enhancements and software corrections as well as support for new client and server operating systems.
The following options are available to grant access to these updates:
a) Free access for the first 30 days Within 30 days after you have received your activation key for a new product or an upgrade to a new version, you can enter the product serial number to access the update area.
b) Free access for authorized HELIOS dealers and system integrators Please contact your HELIOS distributor in your country.
c) Access for all Software Upgrade Service customers You can enter the serial number of your HELIOS product which is registered with the HELIOS Software Upgrade Service agreement: Part no. SE002 (ENG), SE002 (GER)
d) Access for customers who purchase an "Internet Update Access" Please contact your dealer to purchase the HELIOS product Internet Update Access for the duration of one year (Part no. SE001). After the SE001 product has been purchased, we can grant you access to the updates area by entering the product serial number.
