additional ImageServer notification features

Info

The ImageServer Event Listener does accept additional commands
for distributing file and directory change events:
- sendclose "file name" [file type]
- sendrename "file name old" "file name new" [file type]
- senddelete "file name" [file type]
- sendcreatedir "directory name"
- sendrenamedir "directory name old" "directory name new"
- senddeletedir "directory name"
The optional file type is the Macintosh four character
type code. If the file type is not specified it is determined
from the file's resource fork. For the delete event a file
type should be specified because it ist not possible to
determine the type of a file that is already deleted.
The file and directory names are distributed to the registered
listeners "as is", the existence of the objects is not verified.
Also fixed:
- File names on non-UTF8 volumes containing a quotation mark are
no longer rejected with a
- The file name ".DS_Store" is now ignored by the opisrv.
".DS_Store" files are created by the Mac OS X Finder.
NOTE: Before installing this update, the update installer itself
must be updated with one of the updates u0300-u0306.
