HELIOS G8 on OpenSUSE 15.6 Linux

HELIOS G8 supports OpenSUSE 15 Linux. All HELIOS G8 server solutions have been tested and are fully supported on OpenSUSE 15 Linux.

However, a HELIOS partner reported that the “libnsl1” library is not available anymore in OpenSUSE 15.6 and therefore needs to be installed separately:

# zypper install libnsl1

A similar problem with Red Had 9 installations is covered in Tech Info #205.

We will update this Tech Info in case we have additional notes for OpenSUSE 15.6 environments.
