HELIOS G8 Create PDF Server and Acrobat Distiller DC on Windows

According to our tests the Distiller that is part of the latest Acrobat DC version (2023.006.20320) works fine with Create PDF Server of the HELIOS G8 installation, running on Windows.

After a fresh installation and running the first print job (Create PDF Server is started) we noticed that Acrobat Distiller issued a message:

This message needs to be confirmed, otherwise the print job is discontinued. However, sometimes this message is “hidden” behind our progress window.

To suppress this message permanently, do the following steps:

• Start Acrobat Distiller
• Open “Edit > Settings” and activate “Trust all files opened via Acrobat Distiller”:

Once this is done, the Adobe Distiller security message will not pop up anymore.
