The transfer to a new licensee will be granted by HELIOS if the new licensee takes over or merges the entire business of the existing licensee. In this case, the registered licensee must inform HELIOS in writing on this letterhead with an authorized signature about the company change.
 
Another likely to be granted license transfer could be if the licensee goes into bankruptcy and the existing team takes over the business within a new company. In this case, the new company has to inform HELIOS in writing about the situation.
