New "dt sync" synchronization support

This update to the dt tools adds the capability to synchronize
folders, volumes and entire disks to another server or storage
system, to make a second copy of the data available.

Also fixed:
- Improved error handling and messages.
- It is no longer possible to create a ".rsrc" directory inside
of an ".rsrc" directory via "dt mkdir".
- Fixed a permissions issue on ressources after using "dt cp -rp".
