The flate and compress compressions of TIFF files produce smaller images.
Also fixed:
- Basic support for the Adobe Photoshop "Large Document Format"
(see below).
- Prevent core dumps due to incorrect color settings.
- Prevent endless loop if resources of a TIFF file were deleted.

Details on the Photoshop PSB file format support

This update adds basic support for the Photoshop "Large Document
Format" (PSB). PSB files can have more than 30000 rows or
columns (which is the limit for standard Photoshop PSD files).
PSB files can be used in OPI workflows and for image conversion,
but some restrictions should be noted:
- A PDF native OPI workflow fails for images > 2GB because these
are not supported by the PDF file format.
- Conversion to other image formats may fail if the image is
too large for the destination format.
OpenImage uses the image type "8BPS" and the image extension
"8.0" for PSB files. (Standard Photoshop PSD files have
the same image type "8BPS" but image extension "2.5".)
