Cold spare option for SE002 agreements

Authentication server support agreement

• Duration three years
  
• No automatic renewal
  
• Covers NIS, LDAP, AD/PDC support
  
• Single agreement covers multiple servers

HELIOS UB2 or newer products

• Include customer signed “SE004.pdf” form with order
  

SE005

Software Subscription Agreement 

• Send signed agreement form SE005 with order
• Automatic renewal every year 
  
• Available for UB, UB+ or UB2
  

Available for all products with Subscription per year column

Platform and Service Upgrades

UP003

Upgrade of all HELIOS licenses to a new UNIX platform

Prerequisites: Current HELIOS product version is required.

(EtherShare, PCShare, WebShare, ImageServer, PDF HandShake, PrintPreview)

Different platforms are:

SGI Irix, Oracle Solaris SPARC, IBM AIX, HP-UX, DEC Ultrix, DEC Alpha, DG AViiON, DG Intel, Motorola 88k, Linux x86, Mac OS X PPC, Mac OS X Intel, Oracle Solaris x86

UP003 order must include the serial numbers for EtherShare/PCShare/WebShare.

A completed key transfer form must be faxed to receive new keys. Add-on products are automatically included.

Software Upgrade Service customers pay 50% less

No shipment required.

UP004

Migration between UNIX and Windows platforms

Migration to Windows:

Base Windows license is required (BW005 or BW020)

Migration to UNIX:

EtherShare or PCShare or WebShare license is required

Transferable products: (only one UP004 is needed)

WebShare, ImageServer, PDF HandShake, PrintPreview (current HELIOS product version is required)

UP004 order must include all product serial numbers.

A completed key transfer form must be faxed to receive new keys.

Please note: ES/PS users cannot be migrated to Base Windows.

AD002

Addendum kit for Mac OS X or Linux or Windows

Product contains:

• USB MachID dongle, Documentation 
  

Prerequisites: HELIOS EtherShare or PCShare or WebShare or Base Windows with CD018 or newer.

UB2 Upgrades from all previous versions

Product contains:

• Manual, DVD-ROM with software
  
• Upgrade license form with serial number
  
• 10 user base license, use 5 user products 
  

Order via part number with upgrade suffix and serial number

Customers from educational sites purchasing an ES020/PS020/WS010/BW020 product will receive a 100 user license. Please contact your HELIOS dealer/distributor for additional information.

• EDU stamp or letter is required on the key request
