WebShare UB+ gallery view mode

HELIOS WebShare includes the new gallery view with CD024. Gallery view presents previews of supported image and document formats in a resizable grid layout, for quick and easy viewing, comparison, and management of files.

 

 

The WebShare solution does not require any database or asset management solution. Every folder on the server can easily be turned into a WebShare sharepoint, and files are then securely available online. Server file access permissions are enforced, and additional restrictions (e.g. view only) can be specified. More new WebShare features will be covered in upcoming HELIOS Newsletters.
