WebShare download using Firefox 33

With Firefox 33 the WebShare download was broken. This has
been fixed in this update.
Also fixed:
- Drag&Drop support for current Chrome browser has beed added
PLEASE NOTE:
- After installing the update, the HELIOS services must be
restarted via "stop-helios" and "start-helios".
